New Roof Installation Done the Right Way

We start by coming out to meet you in person. We listen to your concerns, inspect the roof, and evaluate all surrounding exterior components.

During the inspection, we assess:

• Roofing system condition
• Siding, soffit, fascia, and gutters
• Chimney and roof penetrations
• Ventilation performance

We show you any visible damage before work begins.

If a repair is possible, we always provide a repair option.

If a repair would only be temporary or is not practical, we recommend a full replacement and provide multiple system options. We clearly explain the differences so you understand exactly what you’re choosing.

We install complete systems from GAF, giving homeowners structured, warranty-backed protection.

You’ll choose from:

Shingles: HDZ, Ultra HDZ (thicker, heavier, stronger wind resistance, enhanced algae protection with copper granules), Camelot (premium designer series)

Underlayment: Standard, Deck Armor (premium)

Ice & Water Shield: Standard, StormGuard (premium)

Pipe Flashings: Standard, Lifetime pipe flashing

Fasteners: Standard nails, Ring shank nails (enhanced holding strength)

If your home lacks proper intake ventilation, we offer upgrades such as Intake SmartVent and, when needed, ridge vent installation or updates. We explain every option clearly so you can make a confident decision.

Once you select your system:

• We sign a clear, written contract
• A 30% deposit is collected
• We schedule your project

In approximately 90% of cases, work begins within two weeks. Maximum scheduling time is typically up to four weeks depending on weather and workload. If permits are required, we handle the entire permitting process.

We manage everything:

• Materials
• Labor
• Coordination
• Inspections

We work with our long-term, insured, and licensed crew. A dedicated project manager is present throughout the project to answer questions and ensure quality.

Before work begins, we protect:

• Landscaping and flowers
• Driveways
• Surrounding exterior areas

Old shingles are removed onto protective tarps or directly into our dump trailer. We use a dump trailer,  not a dumpster, to prevent driveway damage. Materials are delivered in advance or on installation day, so they are not taking up space on your driveway or on your grass.

We document the roof condition before tear-off with photos and drone footage.

After shingles are removed, we thoroughly inspect the decking.

If damaged wood is found, we replace it partially or fully as needed. Every step is documented with phone and drone photos so you can see exactly what was done.

We install your roof in the proper sequence:

1.  Ice & Water Shield in high-risk areas
2. Underlayment
3. Drip edge
4. Starter shingles
5. Main shingles
6. Updated penetrations (bathroom vents, kitchen vents, chimney flashing, etc.)

A typical 10-20 square roof is completed in one day. More complex roofs, like those with a steep pitch, intricate design, or heavy wood replacement may take 2 to 3 days.

We clean the property thoroughly. Most sites are 90 – 99% clean the same day.

The following day, we:

• Perform a final inspection
• Conduct an additional magnetic sweep
• Take final drone photos
• Complete a full quality check

Leftover materials are neatly stacked or removed. The dump trailer is typically picked up the same day or within 1 to 2 days. If anything is damaged due to our fault, we take full responsibility and cover it.

After completion, we send:

• Final invoice
• All progress photos
• Documentation of decking replacement

This documentation is helpful for insurance and inspection purposes.

If you select an upgraded GAF warranty, we register it officially and send your certificate. The warranty is transferable once if you sell your home, and you can contact GAF directly using your certificate if needed.
